National Operating Department Practitioners Day
Friday 14 May, is National ODP Day. ODPs, or Operating Department Practitioners, work with clinicians within the perioperative environment. They provide a high standard of individualised patient care and skilled support. They work alongside medical and nursing colleagues as well as Assistant Practitioners and theatre support workers.
