An online event for secondary school students interested in a career in nursing
This event is aimed primarily at year 12 students completing UCAS forms and will include presentations from student nurses, a trainee nursing associate and qualified nurses on the following topics:
- Overview of access routes into nursing, courses and entry requirements
- Day in the life of a student nurse
- Day in the life of a trainee nursing associate and a registered nurse in practice
- Tips for completing your UCAS form and writing your personal statement
- Q & A session to answer any questions
