Service Desk Technician	In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations, handling telephone inquiries and utilising our service desk software. Your exceptional communication skills, even under pressure, will be invaluable, and you’ll maintain a consistently professional demeanour. A substantial part of this position involves answering phone calls and efficiently navigating our service desk platform. Therefore, it’s imperative that you bring advanced telephone and keyboard skills to the table, coupled with an understanding of the significance of capturing and preserving precise and timely information	£25,147 – £27,596 per annum	Apply Here
Second Line Support Engineer	We have 3 vacancies for more 2nd Line Engineers who will all work on our ICT projects and systems. Our engineers are pivotal in delivering some major ICT projects across Nottinghamshire. So we need them to be enthusiastic problem solvers, motivated with a desire to constantly deliver high-quality customer & patient-focused work. Third Line Network and Communications Engineer	Working within the Technical Service Delivery and Support Services Strategic Business Unit and will be responsible for the delivery and support of high quality Cisco, and Firewall based network equipment as well as IP telephony and unified communications services across the Local Health Community.
